Aussie Millions - Three Sails for Seidel

  As the only American at the table, Erik Seidel might have been uncomfortable. But he was also the only pro at the table, not to mention a pro that very nearly won the World Series of Poker and had that moment immortal in the poker movie Rounders. He was now at the final table of the Full Tilt Poker sponsored Aussie Millions and second from last in chips. Also there were Mike Chrisanthopoulos, Antonio Casale, Nino Marotta, Alex Kostritsyn, and Peter Ling.



  The chip leader was rank amateur Mike C. In this hand Erik found himself with sailboats, pocket fours, and raised it to $70k with:

... Erik now had three masts for his sailboat, and it was time to make some money. Nino checked, thinking he was laying a trap. Mike fell into it with a bet of $135k, and Erik held off grinning long enough to make the call. Nino sprung his trap, raising to $330k. Mike showed discretion and folded. Erik simply called.
