Such basics as the deal, antes, blinds, betting, and selecting your game are covered well enough for a novice player to grasp. The second section of the book zeroes in on probability - this section might lose some beginners - but it offers good lessons on pot odds and other mathematical approaches to your game.  The final chapter seems to be pretty basic for the "only book you'll ever need." Here Wenzel discusses poker psychology, including your table image, and how to see bully, timid, and thinker types of players among your opponents.  The book is a well-rounded, general overview of the tools you'll need to grasp the sport and increase your chances at winning. Readers will be treated to plenty of wise tips and tricks - intended to make winning "easy" according to the author.
